If you already have an appointment booked with us and you need urgent assistance outside our normal working hours, please contact your usual veterinary service first if they provide out of hours support.

If you cannot reach them or they don't provide out of hours support, please contact Vets Now who provide the out of hours emergency service on behalf of The Pet Euthanasia People at https://www.vets-now.com and click "I need an emergency vet" then enter your postcode for your nearest practice.  They will provide telephone triage and where clinically indicated, in-person examination and treatment at your nearest clinic.

Our team is available 7 days per week from 8 AM to 8 PM and once you contact us, we will be in touch within an hour. If your request has been sent outside our opening hours, we will be in touch at 8am of the next day.
